Has anyone tried the Nuts 'N More brand? They look delicious but I don't want to be disappointed.

@murdog31 So very sorry to hear about the lost of your furbaby!

Resisting the urge to eat: 1.) out of boredom while at home and 2.) out with coworkers while at work.

@hgycta The Peeps are SO GOOD! I may have eaten all four boxes I bought on my last trip to Target in 2 days, so I'm holding off for a little while. The Cherry Limeade and Strawberry are really good too!

Just to echo what others have said, @hawkins410 and @MissionEnforcer, thank you y'all for all the hard work put in to make this so much fun! Hope to have the opportunity to do another Amazing Race soon!
-
Thank you Team 2! Y'all made my first MFP challenge so much fun. Can't wait to do another soon!

Challenge #1 Week 6, the Iditarod I chose this challenge because it alluded me during the original challenge. I planned my week accordingly and got it done. And the beautiful summer-like weather played in my favor! ☉

Challenge #3 My four green veggies this week have been: 1.) asparagus (asparagus, tomato, and onion frittata) 2.) spinach and other left greens (chicken salad with strawberries) 3.) zucchini (filler for chili) 4.) sugar snap peas (one of my absolute favorite snacks) Happy Friday y'all!

@Cindyk4919 Sorry to hear about your injury, but you're rockin' that boot! Challenge #2 Surf's Up! challenge from Week 3 I chose this challenge because I enjoy Fitness Blender videos, in general, and wanted a nice "wake up" workout for this AM.

I've never met a nut I didn't like. I've even come to appreciate the simple peanut. I used to pick 'em out of every nut mix. Pecans are my childhood fav. I adore pistachios and almonds. I wish macadamia and hazelnuts weren't so expensive. Cashews are good only in small amounts. I've made myself sick on those a couple…

I apologize for not being as active on this forum as I have been in the past but loved having a chance to catch up this weekend. @jamaicanlady I hope you had a splendid birthday! I'm excited for this last week of my first challenge. Y'all have been incredible teammates and I'm proud of all the hard work all y'all have put…

@crzycatlady1 I adore the Almond Joy coffee creamer. So delicious! All of the International Delights are really good though.

Awesome!!

Great job!

Yay! That's awesome! Congrats!

I've been waiting to get to my goal weight before I buy any new clothes (save for the occasional pair of trousers/jeans when the old literally start falling off me). My Pintrest board is full of all kind of soon to be outfits!

6 lbs away from my next mini goal (hello 160's!) and about 30 lbs from my ultimate goal (145 lbs). I've lost over 100 lbs and have hit many a walls along the way. There's a bit of a learning curve to getting into a healthy mindset after being obese my entire life but I'm getting there.

I like to eat a whole can of chicken (averages 210 grams of weight and 33 grams of protein) for lunch. It's very versatile. I can put in salads and wraps. Eat it on it's own with cut up grapes and nuts or mix with a whole avocado. I eat eggs most mornings for breakfast. 150 grams of egg whites have 17 grams of protein.…

@crazyravr All of your food pics look so delicious and professional! it! Thanks for sharing!

Looks yummy! Oatmeal is such a versatile breakfast option!

Eat less, move more. I'm down 104 lbs following that one simple rule. I still eat pizza, tacos, candy... but in moderation. Make a conscious choice when it comes to food. Know you're not going to get to move as much today, plan meals that are higher column and less calories (big salads, lots of veggies, nice amount of…

I love the Yasso bars. To be fair, I've only tried 4 flavors (sea salt caramel, mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream, and chocolate chip cookie dough). The cinnamon bun, coffee, toffee, and PB ones are calling my name though!

Enjoy your birthday splurge @jamaicanlady! As for your nutmeg conundrum, I enjoy it putting it with apricot spread, ginger, pepper, and white wine vinegar to make a glaze for ham. So good!
-
Totally!! I was stuck at 190 lbs for 6 months! I realized it was all fear of getting smaller. I was comfortable in a US size 12 pant and large shirt. I honestly don't think I'd fit my rear in a size 12 since I was 12! I've always been obese and it was scary to creep closer to that "healthy" BMI. I'm down to 176 now after…

Challenge #1 done! Challenge #3 I chose thyme as my spice of choice. I added it to my scrambled eggs this morning along with red pepper flakes, cracked black pepper, and ham cubes. It was really good. It was a little bit of Thanksgiving for breakfast!

I like it black for the most part, and I'm not fancy. Maxwell House is my go-to. McDonald's also makes a ground coffee that's good for at home brewing. I'll buy other fancier coffee / whole beans when they're on sale. This morning, I had 2 tablespoons of International Delights Caramel, 50 mL of whole milk, and 10 grams of…

If you're talking just chicken, it's usually 160 - 190 grams of chicken per meal. If you're talking overall protein, I average 80 - 120 grams a day, depending on what I'm eating (some days are more carb heavy).
-
Good for you! I'm useless without my morning joe(s) - 4-12 oz cups of pure black goodness, to be exact! The one time I did skip (fasting for a blood test), I was so cranky by the time I got to my office, my coworkers were ready to set up a caffeine drip to get my back to my old self.

My problem with weighing single serve foods is, I normal bring them to work with me or buying them on the go. I'm not taking them out of their nifty little containers/packaging to weigh it before I head out. I figure its close enough. It hasn't caused any damage to my weight loss progress so I'm not going to worry about it.
