Buying smaller ("goal size") jeans
I am about 2 - 3 sizes away from my goal size. I'm going shopping on Saturday for new jeans and thought about buying one pair in my goal size. Has anyone done this? Does it help with motivation?

Logging seasonings
I cook just for myself and, often times, the amount of seasoning I'm using (chili power, garlic power, black pepper, etc) per meal is not even a gram. I rarely use salt and use very little of it when I do. Should I still be logging all my seasonings? Does such a small amount make any difference?
