Logging seasonings

I cook just for myself and, often times, the amount of seasoning I'm using (chili power, garlic power, black pepper, etc) per meal is not even a gram. I rarely use salt and use very little of it when I do. Should I still be logging all my seasonings? Does such a small amount make any difference?

I don't log seasoning unless it contains calories and even then if its very low (5cal) I don't really log. But then again I'm lazy (lost 50lbs or so though.) I am not particularly concerned about sodium either so I ignore that too but if sodium is a concern for you you should log that. :)

I only log seasonings with starchy filler (garlic powder, onion powder, etc). I don't log herbs or things like chili flakes. I don't track sodium so I don't log salt either.

I almost never do. Maybe when doing a recipe I will but mostly nope.

Chances are, your logging won't be accurate enough to worry about 15 calories anyways. Same for your expenditure. Just don't go crazy with this concept.

The only time I log seasoning is on a personal recipe. Sometimes it is simply to have a list of ingredients. I cook for three (including me). I am not so worried about 1 or 5 calories like that per meal.
