I drink, on average, 160 oz of water a day. Usually more on higher intensity days. I pee a lot. Maybe every couple of hours. I've just gotten used to it, I guess.

5'7", 176 lbs I eat around 1700. Exercise varies. I do something 6 days a week. 3 days of cardio (walk/jog/run, elliptical, bike) mixed with Pilates, yoga, water aerobics, weight training, cardio kickboxing on the other 3 days.

I do! Every single day! Even allocated a "Dessert" section in my diary. Sometimes it's a cupcake, sometimes in just a single piece of dark chocolate. I usually log my dessert first to make sure I have room. *priorities*

I used 40 grams of avocado and 30 grams of salsa to top my baked sweet potato + egg this morning. I also use it a lot in lieu of dressings in salad and on sandwiches/wraps instead of mayo.

CARROT CAKE KISSES They're soft in the middle. Very sweet. Distinctly carrot cakey though.

Question about the water challenge... Do I need to log my water in my diary to confirm I completed the challenge? Honestly, because essentially all I drink is water and I know I go well over the 64 oz per day, I have never logged how many oz I actually drink.

Today is water aerobics or yoga... I haven't decided which one I'll go to yet. I'll be walking to my lunch meeting today so that will add some extra miles for us. @Cindyk4919 Glad you enjoyed your kickboxing class! I love the cardio kickboxing class I go to. It's good to mix things up!

Overnight oats (flavor varies) or Cereal + milk with an English muffin and peanut butter Or Two over-easy eggs and English muffin with Laughing Cow wedge On weekends, I like to make pancakes, french toast, biscuits and gravy, or bread pudding.

Thank you for posting this! I'm also 5'7" and 5 lbs away from 172 lbs. I always have a hard time seeing how small I've actually become (down from an all time high of 280 lbs) and how far I've become so your post puts things into perspective. You look fantastic!
