  • Eee, I'm super excited for this week! I've been wanting to up by Fitbit Floors totals and absolutely adore Fitness Blender workouts! Happy Monday, Team 2! Let's do this!
  • Today was such a beautiful day. 65 degrees, light wind, the sun is shining. I took the boys for a mile 2 mile walk to add some more miles. I woke up extra motivated today (my usual rest day) and did a 40 minute Fitness Blender video on top of the walk. We're currently resting in 4th place when I added my miles.
  • Same on the Quest bars and Arctic Zero. I'll also add Pure Protein bars to that, as well.
  • Happy Friday Team 2! It's cold but the sun is shining! Today is Go Red for Women Heart Walk so that will go towards the 5K challenge and I'm about to run some walking errands that I'll count, as well. Tomorrow is supposed to be pretty so I'll be able to make up whatever I'm lacking with my furbabies. Milo is the terrier…
  • I work out 6 days a week and have to switch things up so I don't get bored. I only work out for 30-45 minutes if I'm doing HIIT cardio or running (Tuesday and Thursday). For weight lifting/strength training, I do 10 minutes cardio and warm-ups then 40 minutes lifting (Monday and Friday). I mix in yoga, Pilates, and water…
  • I've never used fat free milk. I flip flop between unsweetened soy milk and Vitamin D whole milk.
  • Happy Thursday Team 2! @murdog3t I hope you feel better soon! @jenilla1 Sorry to hear about your car troubles. Have you ever done any Fitness Blender videos? They're my go-to when I'm stuck at the house. @llmg970 Glad the furbaby is recovering so well! @Joanna2012B Congrats on staying under. Enjoy that Super Bowl party!…
  • Eh... there is a shake shop where I work that exclusively used Herbalife. It's grainy, like the meal replacement shakes old folks use.
  • I have a pretty set schedule during the work week. I plan and pre-log all of my meals/snacks to make sure I'm getting enough nutrition throughout the day, as well as enough energy to push me through my workouts that take place after work. On weekends when I'm home and not as active, I only eat when I'm hungry but I still…

  • I hope everyone had a great weekend!! I'm excited for the hike this week. My furbabies love going for walks and *hopefully* this Spring-like weather will hold out through the weekend. I was able to get through a 25 minute Fitness Blender HIIT video this morning... Those things are killer but I love 'em! Then my workout…
  • I hope you feel better soon, @Soulfood77! Happy Friday, y'all!
  • @Joanna2012B Lol, that's what I've been logging my lifting days in my actual journal (the pen to paper kind) since I started back in August! Glad you find it entertaining!!
  • All of y'all are doing so well!! So proud of everyone!! Today was my running day but I woke up with a swollen left knee. I think there may be fluid build up. I have pre scheduled doctor's appointment this afternoon and I'm hoping someone will be able to look at my knee, as well. So, no run. Gotta take care of…
  • Aw, I wish we had some snow in Oklahoma. Yesterday it was 75 degrees, today it's 43. The weather can't make up it's mind!! Thanks for sharing you're beautiful photos @Mark_ and @Cindyk4919!!
  • Hehe, @ladyreva78, planking is the simple answer to @fitoverfortymom 's question! I starting a morning planking routine about 4 months ago (forearm plank, side plank both sides, then another forearm plank). Started with 15 seconds each and have moved to 30 seconds in each hold so the whole routine is 2 minutes long. I also…
  • Yesterday I attended and successfully completed my first Pilates class... And, y'all, it was a breeze! When I first started working out at the gym back in August of last year, I had next-to-no core strength and now I'm a sit up and plank machine!!
  • Right now, my current motivation to get myself moving is the looming start date of a half marathon I'll be partaking on April 30th. Eeek!!
  • My Charge HR is linked. On hard workout days, I eat back some of my exercise calories if I'm hungry.
  • There is a Girl Scout troop leader in my office so I have GS cookies YEAR 'ROUND! The s'more (sandwich) cookie is so stinkin' good!!
  • Love this! Once it clicks, it's a life-changing moment!
  • Survived my first Pilates class last night and got my run in this morning, and even had time to stop by the grocery store for some oranges before I had to be at work! I used to eat citrus like crazy but I can't recall the last time I had an orange. I'm hoping to carve some time out for the videos this week. I already have…
  • Hope you feel better soon, @Sheri869!
  • @crzycatlady1 Fantastic job!
  • I'm with ya, sister! I love my dessert! I've been doing what @lemurcat12 does. I eat three larger meals in the 400 calorie range so I have 200-300 calories left over for something sweet to finish the day. I pre-log as much as a I can so I know what I'm working with -- and log any extras before I take a bite! Frozen Dove…
  • Good morning, Team 2! Excited to be part of my first challenge! My name is Randi. I'm 29-years-old from Tahlequah, Oklahoma. I've lost 92 lbs in a little over a year using MFP and walking, which has been my favorite go-to exercise since starting this health journey in November 2015. Back in July, I joined a gym for the…
  • Dove Dark Chocolate Promises and Snickers minis (both are 45 calories each) Cherry Coke Zero
  • Be consistent with my workouts and stop eating so dang much! Stop letting my emotions control my motivational level.
  • Hehe! Loving all the pups in this post. Excited to be taking part in my first challenge.
  • @afatpersonwholikesfood Thank you so very much for sharing your story! It made my teary-eyed at work. Congrats on your weight loss. Definitely inspiring!
