I just had a Lean Cuisine for lunch (delicious pecan chicken!) after stocking up on them for the week. They're easy lunches for the office when I'm too busy (or lazy) to get something together in the morning.

Steamed pork dumplings, shrimp lo mein, and egg drop soup.

YUM! What a great idea. I always end up with mushrooms on my pizza anyway...

Black most of the time. Sometimes with 15 mL International Delights or cinnamon or a splash of soymilk.

For drinking and in cereal/oatmeal/cream of wheat, I use soymilk. For cooking (like to make gravy/baked goods), I use regular milk. I don't think there are any real benefits between the two except for being lower calorie.

For me, yes. I have never been in shape before, never worked out in a gym. I didn't know how to use the machines, what machines worked what body part, and was incredibly intimidated walking into the weight room. I also have a partner-in-fitness who was in shape most of her life but slipped a few years back because of the…

I made a half dozen Otis Spunkmeyer white chocolate macadamia nut cookies last night. I only ate 1 and am saving the rest as a my dessert for the rest of the week. This time last year, I easily could have eaten all 6 without giving it a second thought.

Peanut butter! <3

Started size 22/24W; currently size 10/12; goal size would probably end up being a 6/8... I'm still about 30 to 40 lbs off from where I'd like to be weight-wise, too.

Shrimp stir fry with zucchini, squash, mushrooms, and baby corn. Italian baked chicken with tomatoes, onion, and broccoli over brown rice. Sweet potato hash with pork sausage, mushrooms, onion, and a poached egg. I find lots of yummy stuff on skinnytaste.com then alter ingredients to what I have readily available.

I went out for lunch today. Meatloaf Thursday at Club Lunch with double green beans and a roll. SO YUMMY!

This is why I LOVE fun-sized candies! I do have big bags of coffee flavored and "Boo-terscotch" flavored M&M's but I keep them in the freeze. I get a handful and stick the bag back in the freezer. It has keep me from going back for more, so far! ;)

Yay! Congrats!

I agree with @sarsather Making sure I'm getting adequate nutrition throughout the day and setting realistic goals made a MASSIVE difference in stopping the cycle of overeating.
-
Well done! So very proud of you!

I'm also a binge eater - and chronic over-eater! I keep a little planner with me and every morning I write my "to-do's" to check off each night. Be kind to myself has been at the top of that list for the last couple of weeks. Best of luck to you!

Wonderful! Way to go!

I know what you mean. I was sitting at 250 for so long that what I saw in the mirror was so distorted from the reality of what was actually going on. I look back at some of the pictures and it makes me so sad. What's important is to take a look at where you are now vs where you started. You've come a long way. Don't…

Aw, you look so happy and confident! Congratulations!

So, I have a (probably silly) question... I buy frozen chicken breast. Is the 4 oz serving size the weight of the chicken frozen or cooked?
-
Wonderful! Congrats!!

Woah! Incredible!
