Ole Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb wrap (50 cal) with one serving of PB2 (45 cal) and one serving of PB2 chocolate (45 calories). It's very crepe-like and so delicious!

Love it! I buy the PB2 chocolate, as well. Last night I make one serving of PB2 (45 cal) and one serving of PB2 chocolate (45 cal), then spread it on an Ole Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb tortilla (50 cals). Sorta crepe like and so good!

Started at 270. I'm now down to the 180s. It's taken about 9 months.

Fast food. The smell when I drive past those places makes me nauseous and, even without eating anything, I can feel the grease film on the roof of my mouth.

I'm currently sipping on a frozen blueberry and banana smoothie mixed with a Skinny Girl vanilla protein shake and Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt.

My "fatmaker" is definitely baked goods! I just love them so very much! I can eat a whole basket of bread at Italian places, and don't get me started on breakfast breads (coffee cakes, cinnamon rolls, cathead biscuits, croissants)! I still eat them, but it's far a few between. And the calories attached to such a small…

@SLLRunner and @deniseg31 have great ideas that I implement all the time! I also suggest brushing your teeth after you eat your planned meal. It makes me think twice about snacking because I don't want to have to floss and brush again!

So far today I've just eaten a peach (along with my morning cereal). For lunch, I'm having peas and green beans with a chicken sausage.

I mix my package tuna and salmon with a Laughing Cow wedge.

Congrats and thank you for sharing your story! My starting weight was also 270. I'm 185 now and am looking to lose another 45 lbs. It's nice to see it can be done with the method I'm using.

Hello! My name is Randi. I'm 28-years-old and from Oklahoma. I joined MFP in February and began logging in April. 1.) What motivates you to workout? It really does make me feel good. I go for jogs in the morning. Like 5:30 in the morning. It's quiet. I'm alone. It's peaceful. 2.) Do you go with a partner? Nope, nope, nope.…

I get up at 5 am so I get in 4 miles before work. It's smoldering if I try to do it after work.

@shinycrazy Great idea! :smile:

I've lost 87 lbs by calorie counting, no special diets. Finding the thing that works for you (calorie limit, macro ratio, exercise program) will be difficult and frustrating but it's so worth it. I think the most important lesson learned so far, for me, is that I will not eat perfectly 100% of the time or exercise as hard…

"You can't leave this table until you've finished everything on your plate." I still feel like I have to eat everything and feel bad when I don't, even though I'm full. I see a lot of other grew up in the same type of house and struggle with the same things.

Beautiful! Congrats!
