Certainly don't need a gym! I started out doing MaxT3 workouts, I've lost almost 65 pounds doing that, mixing in walking/running, weights, and just started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It can be done!

I've pretty much given up red meat, very rarely do I have it. Mostly chicken these days. I couldn't do vegan, I like dairy..

Made it through a day at the fair without gorging on all the deep fried, powdered sugar laden snacks that were just lined up side to side! Honestly the smell of all the sugar made me nauseous. I did however have a burger and an ice cream cone! :)

Thanks! I think it will be a nice change of pace. Not to mention being in a new area with new places and people. I'm a little freaked out but I think it's for the best to move on. I do feel slightly selfish leaving behind my family and friends..

Not divorced yet but separated since March. Seeing how I was with him for oh...half my life (we met when i was 15, i'm 30)...the biggest change will be finding out who I am as a person on my own. So I found a new job in my current field and i'm moving in a few months to a new state, why not?

I think I'm going to end up donating a lot too. It's just when I go through stuff I never know how to decide what to keep and what to toss then end up keeping things anyway. Hey everyone! I'd like to lose about 30 more pounds which is past my original weight loss goal. So far i've lost 58 pounds!
