  • Eggs scrambled with whatever veggies have on hand that I can cut up and throw in (I like asparagus, spinach and zucchini) with some ricotta mixed in at the end. Incredibly filling and super creamy from the cheese. A little garlic powder and done. Good for breakfast or dinner.
  • Chicken breast and a ton of cauliflower cooked together in Campbell's broccoli & cheese soup. It feels very rich, creamy, cheesy and is so incredibly filling I get three meals out of the one pan. Only 350 cals per serving though.
  • Possible? Yes absolutely. I just did it. Lost exactly 40 pounds in 4 months. I went from 182 to 142, from Sept to now. I'm 5'3". I understand the rush if you feel trapped in your body and desperate for a change. I was. How? I ate strictly, and I mean strictly at no more than1,200 cals almost every day. I log everything,…
  • On treadmill: Walking at 3.5 Running at 5.5 (This is my second time doing C25K. Completed it first running at 5.0 and now I'm going through it again at a faster pace in hopes of improving my 5k time)
  • I train on a treadmill for 5ks and never run with an incline. And guess what....I'm actually FASTER when I run outside vs. on the treadmill. I find that running at an incline doesn't feel right and hurts. As long as your heart rate is up and you are sweating, it's a good work. On non running days though, I do WALK on a…
  • High protein plus carbs for me in the AM. Mix non fat vanilla Greek yogurt + scoop of chocolate protein powder + fresh fruit like blueberries + 1/4 cup granola. I pop it in the freezer for 5 min before eating because I like what it does to the texture. Delicious and keeps me full until lunch.
  • Roughly 15 pounds per size for me. Went from size 14 to size 10 after losing 30ish pounds.
  • Hi, I'm almost exact same height/start & current weight stats as you. I tried 5:2 a few times and it never worked for me, mostly because I'd go overboard on my non-fasting days and was miserable on fasting days. I think you'll have best results by incorporating the exercise, and maybe just switch up the type of food you…

  • I've lost the first 40 pounds still drinking average of 2 glasses of red wine a day. I switched from white to red, mostly because I drink it slower. It hasn't halted my weight loss at all, as long as I don't go over on calories. Do a little extra cardio every day and you can easily burn off those wine cals.
  • Took me a minute to get what her point was....OK if that is the case I feel a LOT better!! I emailed Dannon for clarification.
  • Unfotunately I WAS mislead. I am referencing the actual nutritional information located on the package. Am I expected to visit the product website and research prior to eating? Serving size = 1 container. Calories = 100. The yogurt and toppings are both inside the CONTAINER. Check out the image....
