Ok I just work out for an hour at the gym and the group I was with burn more calories then me in that hour?? One lady did the same things as me and she burn like 800 calories

Thanks everyone I read all of y'all advice and so far it works... It been an week and s half and I only ate out twice and that was at Wendy's and I only got an grilled chicken wrap
