I was thinking about 5:2 but I can only do my fasting on my days off and I like to socialise them don't know if that would fit into my lifestyle. I'm going to up my calories to lose a pound a week…
  • I wear a heart rate monitor then I input what I've burnt! Maybe that's the best advice just to get on with it!
