Need to lose 5 stone lose cellulite and excess fat I'm doing couch to 5k fitness DVDs and home workouts no idea how to even start counting macros! Macros or calories? I don't want a 6 pack or anything just to get back into my size 8 jeans but not skinny fat. Any advice please so much conflicting information online

I'm hungry all the time! I exercise most days I try not to eat them back or it feels pointless exercising only eat some I work long hours to I need to lose 5 stone only lost a few pounds I can't stick to the calories. I eat around 16/1700 I think on it just always hungry? Anyone else found this?

Just started calorie counting I have my friends body coach plan has anyone tried it? I know it's personalised but I'm not paying £150 I don't like most of the recipes on cycle 1 thinking to just power through or will sticking to the principles of only have carbs after exercise work?
