Just started calorie counting I have my friends body coach plan has anyone tried it? I know it's personalised but I'm not paying £150 I don't like most of the recipes on cycle 1 thinking to just power through or will sticking to the principles of only have carbs after exercise work?
Or just eat whatever I want to eat and exercise without worrying about meal timing work? Need to lose 5 stone and definitely tone up! Thanks
