Hi Lisa, Currently I am focussing on Cardio as I am preparing to run an Olympic Duathlon in July. I am training around 5-6 days a week following a schedule which I found online. I mix running 1 hour, cycling 1.5 hours and core strength training of around 1 hour on different days of the week with atleast 2 different things…
