Get a digital food scale if you haven't done so already. It makes at the difference to log accurately.

Make small permanent changes and build. I hit my scale goal in September and still workout 4days a week and keep setting new goals. There is no finish line, you don't get to go back to old habits and expect the weight to stay off. Fatlogic on Reddit and Nerd Fitness has been extremely helpful for keeping my mindset in…

I hit my scale weight goal in August. I have been working on maintenance and recently switched over to Marcos and weight lifting to build muscle. March-November I will do at least one physical activity for fun (outside of my regular workout routine). I am plan to do 4X 5ks, a 5mile fun run, 10k, join a kickball team, take…

Are you reaching your calorie budget or trying to go below it? Stick to the MFP recommendations. If you are at your limit and still hungry, eat raw veggies. You are going to loose a lot in the beginning then it slows down. 1-2lbs a week is the norm. Use a food scale to log accurately. Find new ways to cope. Drink more…

Nerd Fitness helped me over the hump to make permanent changes including Mindset. I highly recommend looking up the free articles they have posted online. Joining the program is the best investment I ever made for myself.

It is odd to me that you got in the scale with all the extra baggage and keep mentioning how muscular you are. You keep justifying your weight. It may be beneficial for you to get a skin caliper test or DEXA Scan since you feel that you are an outlier. It is beneficial to see where you are at as far as health risks than to…

Your lifestyle dictates your size. Everyone can loose weight. There are no genes or medical conditions that make you absorb calories from thin air. You are right about the bad relationship with food though. That is what makes a person overweight.

What if you did nicotine free vapeing for awhile and see if you get used to it. That way you can hold on to the psychological crutch while you transition. That is how I quit.

Attraction matters and another thing to consider is lifestyle. Fit people tend to want to be with other fit people because they have the same priorities and often the same interests.

I have been thin most my life and have large breasts. I was accused of having anorexia and stuffing my bra. Girls used called me Stove Top Stuffing and Twig.

That guy was a total jerk and scam artist.

The best exercise is the one that you will actually do. I built my gym habit by picking 2 fun classes first and moving on to harder ones as I got stronger.

Be patient and stop feeling sorry for yourself.

We will soon see the health consequences of ignoring health for the sake of feelings.

Everyone that loves me knows I am obsessed with cute workout outfits

I stuck sticky notes on that shelve. I do meal prep Sunday so all of our M-F Lunch and Dinners go on that shelf. I think there was confusion about what was leftovers from the weekend that he is welcome to have and what was "diet food". He used to complain that there is nothing for him to eat during the work week but I…

You don't need either one. You are wasting money. Get a digital food scale (about $20) and log your intake accurately. That is what it takes.

Report that Asshat to management. You are paying to use that gym and have the right not to be harassed. He is most likely doing that to others too. Take a stand.

I am taking care of my brother. I have a do not touch shelf in the fridge. He eventually complied.

I hit a 18.5 BMI. Did not like how that looked so gained 5lbs.

I snort laughed at that

By focusing on only my calorie limit I am able to make better choices and don't feel the need to have cheat days.

I am not sure if you believe in the BMI scale at all but 118 is the end of the healthy range.

Women are catty, especially to their own friends and family. It sucks that they are taking their frustrations out on you, but I assure you, the situation the OP is dealing with is common.

Don't waste your money

I ditch people like that. Family or not.

When I took them I was sad. Now I am happy I have them.
