Two of my sisters had it done; one died a year later from complications and the other has gained back about 1/2 the weight she lost but she would do it again she said. Research your physicians and plan to make dietary changes for life. Both could not like they had before. Good luck!

I have been keto since November and prior to that I really tried to keep lo-carb due to insulin resistance and pre-diabetes. I view this as a life-style because when I "cheat" which isn't often usually due to travel and my not preparing ahead of time, I feel sick. I feel so much better on this way of life. :)

I have had a mascara "episolde," then sprayed my whole face with hairspray (how?), dropped an entire steaming hot cup of coffee all over my office desk, ruined my 2018 calendar and lots of other paperwork. I am on sippy cups now.

filling would be peanut butter though I don't eat it all that often because it is a trouble area for me. I try to get in green & a protein for a good filling meal, not processed junk.

I wish I was at least 5-6. I am 5'3-1/2" Petite clothes don't quite fit right but regular clothes are long in the arms & waist. Pants and even yoga pants are always long unless I get ankle length. One reason I love old navy, they have a lot of ankle length items.

Me! I've been on 8 weeks and down 10 with 30 to go! feel free to add me. Its been fairly easy to follow for me. Sticking to basics - eggs, bacon, meat, fats & green veggies. Occasional 90% dark chocolate. My nephew lost 99 pounds and has kept it off for 6 months
