I have been on a month long not quite binge and the scales reflect it. I am starting back today at my highest weight in about 10 years but not my all time high (189). SW 168.4 CW 168.4 GW 130 So hard to start over!!!

I'm so proud for you @BuffMom84 . This is my issue -- I think I will get so much push-back but I know like you I need to do this. I am afraid it will mess up important relationships and that is scary to me.
