PEOPLE who know the plan you are following because they see what you eat (i.e., co-workers, close friends) but insist that they know a better way, why just look at them, they are thin...and yet you know they have NEVER had a weight issue. that is really what bothers me. and just wishing I never had to worry about mine ever…

Several Walden Foods items. One so bad I cannot imagine anyone anywhere eating it -- I believe it was their faux peanut butter. I had rather eat glue & cardboard. They do have other items that are tolerable. I was doing Ideal Protein though and almost everything was "good."

after 8 weeks on, I fell off yesterday with 1 c. of ice cream and 3 Fig Newtons and beat myself up a few hours. Thanks to some good Keto virtual buds here and on my FB group, I was able to rally my spirits. I've done great today and no real repercussions. I don't measure ketones every day so no worrying about that. I have…

Barry, Butter Bob, just google keto on you tube and tons of good materials. Drink lots of water, the first few days always are worst and I made sure I ate pickles and had salt.…

I have been told not to do IF until you are fat-adapted but I tried it 2 days and NADA! Goal is to have 5% carb / 70% fat / 25% protein, however, yesterday I was atypically down in calories (855) and did 18 g total (not net) on carbs (9%) / fat at 51 (56%) / protein 73 g (35%). I keep trying to fine tune what I eat but…

My sister and I were terrified of vampires coming into bite our necks so we would wrap them up in a blanket or pull our pjs up to cover and make sure we said our prayers. This somehow kept us safe from the vampires...(Dark Shadows)

I definitely have calorie creep if I don't watch it -- the measuring and licks, etc. When I am being super strict, I always lose, fast at first and then slow but ounces per week loss, I am ok with. Best of luck! Keep trying and hang in there. I'll bet you are losing fat and gaining muscle.

Thanks friends -- It is just not worth it. Today I tried my coffee without sweetener. I am going to make myself get used to it. I don't love Truvia. Splenda I do fine with in my coffee. I am basically trying to reduce anything artificial right now to heal my gut. I have suffered with IBS amongst other things for too long.…

some of cholesterol is hereditary; some is caused by illness/chronic diseases some of us have as well. Definitely does help to lose weight -- that is in control. my mantra on food is to keep it simple (and balanced) especially first starting a new program/lifestyle. Good luck! you can do it!
