I have at least 50 pounds to lose. I am trying to stay in my calorie intake but I can't seem to give up the carrots cake.

I am having the same issue as well for some reason I keep eating over my calories. I did this once before and it helped but for some reason its not working as well. It seems like Im starving all the time.

I have been using my pal for a couple of weeks now and I can only eat 1400 its hard I can't seem to stay in that calorie range it seems like Im always hungry.
