  • Hi Brittany, Glad you’re here. I’ve got about 40 pounds to loose and could use some support. Stay positive and check in everyday you can. I’m pretty proud of yesterday. Was able to stick to my plan and starting strong again today. I’m off for a hike with my dog this morning.
