I've started this program on Monday. Our coach is a friend of ours (a retired RN) who did the program and she has lost over 100lbs on this program. I am combining this program with the DDP Yoga program. Hopefully I will see the same results.

I have just started the program myself. I've finished week one. Let me know what you think when you get started. I haven't done my first weekly weigh in, but I am interested to see the results. Keep me posted on your progress. Good Luck!!
