Anyone just starting on Unicity Transformation Program? I started 3 weeks ago any tips?

    If you are talking about products from Unicity International. They are a MLM company.
    The only thing you will lose is your money
    I drink green tea from either loose tea leaves or tea bags. It does nothing for weight loss
    Go in the other direction. It is a scam.

    I have and I've lost 38 lbs. Follow everything your coach tells you and you will have success.

    I've started this program on Monday. Our coach is a friend of ours (a retired RN) who did the program and she has lost over 100lbs on this program. I am combining this program with the DDP Yoga program. Hopefully I will see the same results.
