  • hey :) I've just restarted this after quite a long break and I'm already feeling the temptation. I'm from Scotland too
  • rice noodles with beansprouts, different herbs, spices and a little soy sauce (reduced salt and sugar obiously lol). Always goes down a treat and can be used as part of a full meal, as a meal on its own or a smaller portion as a snack.
  • You will always lose weight quite fast initially but this will begin to slow down or level out once your body gets over the initial boost. Keep doing what your doing and your body will take care of the rest....everyone's metabolism and body reacts in different ways so it will be faster for some and slower for others. Good…
