That's what this is for. Criticism is the best motivation. You need people to see your flaws in a way you don't. I'm ready for the hardest diet I have ever done. Like I said I will be a pro. Whatever it takes in ready for it. You are only as good as your weakest part.

Thank you for all the comments and help. Yeah my calves are too small but I do have bigger quads. It's been 12 years now that I have been training but it's only been 6 years that I have been trying for comps. Tore my shoulder 5 years ago. Crazy road.

I've done one before this. I have my diet down I believe. Losing 1-1.5 pounds per week. At 8% body fat with 5 weeks to go. Just worried about peaking to early. I burn a lot of calories in a day working nights.
