I feel I get stinger and bulking is really not a problem. I think it effects cutting and leaning out though. The stress of it seams to stop fat loss a bit.

It's awesome to see so many people with the same type of goals and share it together. Makes it easier when you can share triumph with others who are successful in their goals as well. This is my goal this year. Better legs and strong will power to stick to my goals. Happy training everyone.
