Hi there my name is Donna and I have just rejoined after being away for a couple of years. I have been doing weight watchers for the past few months but don't seem to be having success. Nice to meet others on here to keep motivated.

I know it doesn't sound great but I only hope to use it for a couple of weeks to give me a kick-start. I am a lifetime weight watcher member and that is normally the best plan for me and one I intend to follow once I get going. Sometimes we just need a kick-start and I'm hoping this will work for me.

This is my first day. I'm sticking to 1200 calories a day and trying to lose 20 pounds. I'm trying the 5 and two diet where you "fast" two days a week....only eat 500 calories those days and then eat 1200 the other five days. Started today with a "fasting" day and it wasn't as hard as I thought but will need motivation!!
