  • I'm not through all the progression's but I've been following the book for a few years and have incorporated other movements into my routine. I've lost fat, gained muscle and can do cool stuff like handstand push-ups and crow stands, so that's worth something right? Lol
  • I haven't but I know a bunch of people who have and love it. It's very similar to other full-body calisthenics programs like Convict Conditioning
  • Whenever I don't want to workout but know that I should, I tell myself "okay I'll just do one set of something and that's it", so I do 1 set of push-ups or Squats or Pull-Ups etc. The thing is, this always leads to a few more sets and before I know it, I just had a workout. Sometimes thinking of all the work involved is…
  • M Pushups T Core W Squats Th Bridge F Pull-Ups :)
  • Convict Conditioning for sure. Keep it simple though and try not to over think it. Pushups, Pull-Ups and Squats are awesome exercises to build a routine around. Feel free to message me if you want some routine examples or exercise ideas!
  • Your body needs rest. It's not very cool or exciting but a huge portion of gains is made through allowing your body to rest and rebuild. Find a routine that is sustainable, efficient and allows for rest. Hit it hard and be done for the day. Don't drag it out.
