I am 379 lbs and am looking to start doing some body weight exercises. I need some suggestions for exercises to work muscle groups: chest, arms, shoulders, abs, back and legs. Again, need something that uses body weight. Simple a basic exercises I can do in my living room.

Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Have a look at; You are Your Own Gym or Convict Conditioning.

Agreed, YAYOG, CC or reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness for their recommended routine.

YAYOG requires zero equipment other than a table, chairs, and a door, while CC and the reddit routine will eventually require access to a pullup bar.

I did YAYOG for 6 months in my living room-I worked through beginner and intermediate, and now I mostly do kettlebells with some bodyweight work, but YAYOG definitely helped build a good foundation for me.

Convict Conditioning for sure. Keep it simple though and try not to over think it. Pushups, Pull-Ups and Squats are awesome exercises to build a routine around.

Feel free to message me if you want some routine examples or exercise ideas!
