umm. hopefully you will be able to find some help regarding that. i don't think there would be any suggestion other than make sure that you don't eat than your daily allowance. but if you are still gaining weight. you should talk to your doc. maybe try another medication?

yeah i know what you are talking about. I've been feeling bad for quite awhile so i don't really feel like i want to eat most of the time. but i eat anyway to reach my daily goal. but once i feel slightly good for a few hours. i feel like i need to raid the fridge. :D

Thank you for the suggestion, i am going to write down the names of meds you guys told me. and hopefully i will find it here. i know that some medications are not the same name in every country. but my dr should know that.

Good, thanks for the replay. I am like always questioning if Antidepressants actually work. even though i never actually committed to taking it everyday. i have the feeling that nothing can fix me. so hopefully i will be able to follow the prescription and not gain any weight. that would be a plus.

it is really weird how food and water and rest can change you in a couple of hours. i woke up today after 9 hours sleep. my neck, throat and chin were hurting really bad still. :D but i just had a good meal and i feel much better already. the swelling in my neck is better and my throat doesn't hurt as much.

i will try to eat some eggs and yogurt, my mom made me two boiled eggs yesterday after the surgery, i felt horrible cause i couldn't even open my mouth :). but i feel better now than yesterday so i should be able to eat it. maybe not boiled though.

thank you, the problem is i don't get enough protein in regular days :/ i can't reach the protein goals set by MFP. but since it doesn't matter i will just try to eat balanced meals. just kinda hard when you can only eat soft foods.

do you think i should focus on a certain macro? protein maybe? to help in recovery or does it matter in anyway?

yeah, i feel like i need to focus on recovery and rest, not on logging every drink and meal. but i wasn't sure if this could lead to me gaining weight. so i thought maybe people can give advice on not logging for a few days and how do they manage it.

yeah, i guess that here on MFP "very active" means that you have very active job. it doesn't count exercise calories. so i believe if you go cycling and then your job is a desk job you would be better off choosing "sedentary" or "light active" + exercise calories

I don't drink alcohol but i think if you can fit it in your day then it's fine just don't drink too much that you don't have much calories for anything else :)
