when I was needing to drink it I let it cool in fridge had less of a taste and I did "shots" of it lol cause I hated the taste.

don't mess with the kidneys with your history if you are experiencing pain I'd go to the doc. I used to get chronic uti and kidney infections but since I nolomger have insulin resistance haven't had any. I'd get checked!.

I have to say I'm so lucky I haven't experienced it this time. it was so frustrating I now say oh I'd love to but I have so many food allergies I'd be paying for it for days. it's not a complete lie as I have figured out I get severe stomach aches when I eat wheat. it has worked like a charm.

my garmin tracked my walking speed as 4.0 instead of the usual 3.5 mph!! I git my over 10000 steph goal 5 days in a row without knee pain!. usually I have to back down after two days and on day four ramp up but need a low day every 3rd day...yay my knee is not holding me back. today I go for day 6!

I started in may and thought I was going to drown or have a heart attacklol I enjoyed swimming so much and did it from may till oct. when I closed the pool. my pf was better and now I'm walking/hiking till I can open the pool again.

sitting in a seat in the arena to watch a hockey game and being well within my own seat!! I had a few inches of space on each side. last time I went I was so uncomfortable both physically and mentally about taking up more than my space. this time I was comfortable an's able to enjoy the game!

I have a rescued a Aussie and a rescued 3 legged cat. they do not eat low carb. I had a rottie lab mix for 13 years she was the runt at 8 weeks was 4 lbs and ended up a 100 pound dog. she was a great dog so is our Aussie.

shirataki noodles they have them at fresco here in with the hummus and such. crazy weekend here too! my stomach has been bothering me a lot lately. I don't think you would demotivate anyone....we all have personal goals. I try hard not to compare me to anyone else as we all walk in different shoes :smile: just do tje best I can everyday and everyday try and do a bit better than the day before

I haven't seen onederland in 15 years. I will in 2017 though. down 61 and 32 away from one land. I got to 207 in 2010 but I struggled the entire time. this time it just works real lifestyle changes. I'm in for staying motivated this month.

I lost a lot of pounds fast at first but couldn't see it in the mirror. not so accurate with the tape measure but I had dh take pictures of my back and compare them I could see difference then my pants started falling off. I am loosing more inches now then weight but as long as I'm moving
