Hi I am a bit late to the game. PCOS and insulin resistance lost 62 pounds felt great gained back and not have gout. It has been months since I wan walk without water or cane. I am 43 starting over need to loose over a 100 pounds from a seated position. Would love to do this with some positive people.

May 6 2016 dr's said insulin res. I have pcos. May 7th cut out sugar and wheat and went low carb on Dr recxomendarion. I am no longer insulin res. in the year following I lost 68 pounds. then I let the carbs sneak back in and gained 35 back :( ac1 will great got back to it and continue on my weight loss journey.

Anyone have any suggestions for swimming with a hurt knee? it's been two weeks and getting better but still can't kick with it. I've been swimming with two arms and one leg but can't get my heart rate up.(you'd think it would be harder but I can't get any speed and I can't do it for long)

I had lost 68 lbs but I keep fluting 10 lbs in a week. my first goal is to get a new scale. 2nd goal is to start lifting with upper body as I hurt my knee and can't hike or swim.

I'm 41. I live in Canada and love the outdoors. 2 kids teen and pre teen. I lost 68 started a year ago. I have the same left to loose or even a bit more. welcome back Lori. I was mia too. gained back 19 of my 68 lost...not happy but determined and back at it. for me it doesn't take much wheat to send me on a wheat bender.. .why must I learn the hard way each time we.can do this!!

I used to have to struggle and push myself to get 7k steps in now on a non exercise day I get 10k without trying.....naturally more active

I went for my first swim/ aquafit in my pool today 68 degrees I will do Jacks in tje pool. could use some positivity too been kinda glass half empty for may. I'm usually a rose coloured glasses girl.

it is so an addiction. it was so much harder for me to give up sugar and white flour then it was to quit smoking!! I find it I jave the smallest taste of it it sends me searching for a week till I can get it under control again!!

I do some 18:6. some omad. some 48 hour fasts some 36 I try and keep tje body guessing.

I've been here a bit over a year. 41 years old. down 70 lbs with 70 more to go. feel free to add me. I jave busy days I don't get on but most days I do. I try and comment and motivate people that do tje same for me!!

mine was so much better 70 lbs down first time my entire life I'm regular (pcos) but I noticed a difference a month in and I cut sugar and wheat at doctors request. I think that made the difference rather than the weight.

can I use my vivoactive hr to track swim sppeds.? I've been doing step challanges but it's too hot time to get back into the pool (water temp 55)

liadin I was just put on something g by nd for thyroid and my BP is all the sudden high I didn't make the connection...did your BP go up?

I upgraded to be able to turn off exercise calories and I like the lack of ads. is it worth it I don't know I was annoyed with all tje ads but I haven't seen what thay is like in a year so can't compare

I got told I was looking good my to different neighbours today...I she'd the winter coat. in tje beginning this made me uncomfortable but now I kinda like it :blush:

yay take that loss! mine started right away and with large losses but then leveled out I went from 4 lbs a day to 4 a week to 4 a month to o a month lol but inches moving. within tje first two weeks acne was gone. after two months cycles normal for tje first time ever. moods better after a month. I don't eat the refined…

sw 294 cw 230 64 down and 70 more to go. started a tight 20 and now a 14 or 16 depending where I shop top is still a 1x. I'm android so can't post a photo but my avitar is my loss....I should update that. you can do it...just don't give up. I had a 2 month stall and instead of giving up just kept doing what was working…
