that I wouldn't feel deprived at a work function not having a dessert when everyone was having cake! didn't bother me at all. that baggy clothes look bad in me but I'm not ready for fitted clothes either.

you are 21 and have young skin so you may be ok. I am 40 weighed 294 for a couple years and 240 for 10 years before that. plus two pregnancies that i gaoned a ton. mine was to get to 60 lbs down and yay today I hit it it was a long time coming for this mini goal. 61.8 pounds down today. my new mini goal is to get out of 230's 4 lbs away.

so update my original weight goal for christmas was to be down 75 lbs total that was 25 at the time. but the weight stopped coming off but inches were going down. tje weight is moving again lost 2.5 lbs this week and that brings me to 61.8 down!! Moonkat I went to Pope yes...thanks for that they young guys were so awesome…

I think sweatner stall me. I can't be 100 percent sure yet but everytime those little no sugar added jello cups go on sale I buy lots and I seem to stall out. I love them but not worth it. I'm very sensitive to sweatner. diet coke makes me crave chocolate and sweet stuff. I haven't drank diet coke in months.

healthy does feel good!! I didn't know what I was missing till I started eating healthy. down 60 with 70 more to go can't wait to see how I feel at goal!

I jave one child underweight told to give am extra meal before bed.lots of calorie rich food boost instead of milk etc. other child.over weight...no food after dinner only water to drink and limit calories.....this is so hard to balance and keep emotional well being of the kids intact.

thanks Moonkat that helps a lot!! I bought some simply protien bars on the weekend but they still have sugar in them. I have a popyey near buy and will check that out.

glad you are feeling g better and back at it!! I got in my exercise Friday and yesterday was rest day but still got a 25 minute walk carrying heavy crap. today I went out for 15 and it is soooo cold and windy!! I don't mind the cold but man that wind. so I'm either going to do a video or some weights today.

I had to share...I jogged today! on a trail with hills. I was slow. I alternated with walking and jogging but it felt amazing!! still focusing more on Christmas fitness goals than christmas good and bad lol.

I don't wear belts cause they hurt. today my jeans were falling down so I put on a belt. it was at the smallest hole. I used to be at the biggest hole. I have never been at tje smallest hole on a belt before. it was also still too big and super comfy! I guess belts were uncomfortable cause they dug into all my stomach fat…

I bought dress pants for. good will last MO th and didn't try them on. they were way to small....didn't come close to doing up. today they did up yay....next month I'm hoping to be able to breathe and sit in them!

I have not tried protien powder.....I don't do sugar and try and limit sweatner would that work? can you reccomend a good one? I love tuna but ate too much of it and am sick of it right now!!
