so I just did level 1 day 1 and my left knee clicks in squats...is this bad form? never really done squats. all summer I swam laps and did water areobics but never on land.

that sucks hope you figure it out. can anyone help me. I did jm 30 day shred today with 3 pound weights. my left knee clicks when I do squats...no pain but I have an old backpacking injury on left knee. is clicking bad? or just getting old lol. it used to click when I did stairs but after loosing some weight stopped.

ontario here been low carb since may 7th. lost 55 pounds and health has greatly improved. I'm really loving this woe.

I started in may with 145 to loose. I'm down 55 so still got lots left but am in no rush as long as im moving in tje right direction. this group has made all the difference in my journey so far!! feeling great feel free to add me

I just measured to start a challange and I haven measured since July and I lost an inch of my waist and 2 from hips total lost from neck hips and waist is 16.5 since may. I was getting discouraged so I'm so glad I measured!

good weekend here too. stayed in macros. got my swims in ( water was 69 lol) my goals for the challange are: loose 15 pounds (weight 240currently) 5 good exercises a week swimming or hikes or jm. 3 with weights. staying under 100 regular carbs. no wheat and sugar. moonkat great idea on the challange!! thanks again for the…

my numbers took 4.5 months to drop. at 3.5 months they were still high. blood pressure was still high even after 40 pounds off but at 4.5 months and 55 pounds things started to come together....I still have 90 to loose.

this was me on may 2nd. since may 2nd I have lost 55 pounds and my fasting blood sugar was in normal range for the first time. the weight loss was honestly 2nd to me my main focus was getting healthy. I worked out in my pool all summer but with fall looking for homework out plan that is not in cold water. I started jm 30 day shred back in June but switched to tje pool. I don't have much gas left at night so I'm thinking early am it will be.

I had large calf over 16 inches. now I don't. I swam every day from may till Sept and lost 50 lbs. I wish the pounds came from my belly but almost all in my legs. I couldn't believe the difference. hope the next 50 comes off my middle.

I had something g really hit me in the head today. I lifted the big *kitten* box of cat litter and it's heavy. I noticed it was 50 lbs....I've lost that and will loose another half a box by Christmas!! there is no way I could carry that heavy box around all day everyday... no wonder my knees hurt.
