I've suffered for years tje biggest help to me is rolling your foot over a frozen waterbottle orthotics the podiatrist does this lazer and ultrasound treatment not expensive but works so amazing. when mine flares up I try not to pound on pavement so hiking is better than walking on cement etc!

keep at it. I had a 7 week plateua I just broke through. I didn't loose weight during that time but I did go down a full Jean size so focus on all the positives....try a new meal...go for a walk.

I got 6 cups of water in today. going to head out for a walk and come back for dinner then back to hospital so the day wasn't a bust after all. my lunch wasn't what I would have choose at home but not too bad considering... loving November and killing it

I won't get there with the kids. I swam all spring summer fall in our pool. so now I walk or hike on my lunch and breaks. the community pool is 4 dollars a swim but the times just don't work for me. 11 bucks a month is a steal!

unfortunately my swimming days have come to an end till spring...I miss it so much. I replaced it with walking and hiking and haven't lost a pound since I stopped swimming in September.

I put my same pair in the donation bag last week...totally end of an eta they were with me for 2 pregnancies kinda sad to see them go....but not sad I got too small for them. I wore my new pair yesterday and was it ever nice to have a pair that fit!!! no worry of falling down was priceless. 14.99 well spent!
