I bought that and it was full of perfume I through it out. we tend to use Epson salt and add a couple drops of essential oil to bath depending on purpose ..lavander to relax...lemon anti anxiety and to wake up...no research just know what works for us.

did anyone get a sore back? I did day 1 and two and my lower back was bad could barely walk. a week later skill sore but am all good to go...if I knew what I was doing wrong I'd skip that part or drop tje weights till I get proper form. that you can go from rocking it one day everything in control to huge loss of motivation overnight (lost 55 and curently lost motivation) and that it is still a huge part metal game. I have withings tracker and I put the same exercise in there let's say a walk and w will be 155 and mfp will be 295 so no lol I don't think so. if someone can tell me how to post pic from app android I can seen shot anything you want to see. I like the highest food option.. but I mainly upgraded for the exercise option.

Wednesday weigh in up two pounds....really not happy. still hurting from 30 day shred back is killing me and all I can do is walk so I'll keep walking and going to try and up protien see if that helps as it has been slowly getting lower and lower. merflan I had two shots of rum a couple weeks ago and it was the first drink I'd had since starting in may. I also drank a half of a natural cola I was told was sugar free that wasn't. the next day I felt hungover all day. I wondered if it was my body processing alcohol different or the sugar?? not trying that experiment…

that you won't recognize the size of your new clothes. searching for my jeansin tje dryer today I picked them up 3 times thinking they were hubbies(he's smaller than i) they looked way to small for me.

I find it fun lol but it's not all that exciting. I swam all summer an's now I am hiking.. I hate the gym so trying to focus on exercise I like :)
