My vit was 63 so I am now trying to get that up...not something covered in canada for testing which is so silly when everyone should have it tested but anyhow I'm now on 3000 ui of vitd3. My old bottle said vit d and this one d3 is there a difference?

To loose 35 pounds and 1 hit that today!! Yay I'm so happy. This last 3 pounds to get there were points of a pound each time but I got there. Next goal is to loose 50 before disney trip and not put it back on while im there hard to eat sugar and white bread product free there.

I have a shock absorber and it worked fantastic. I have now lost 35 pounds and not so good cause it is too big. I need to get another one I'm still in the Super huge can't do jumping Jacks without a good sports bra group. I have switched to pool exercise for summer but will get a new sa bra in the fall.

Thanks knit. I am on met since beg of may. I'm not on inosol but natural path put me on inosols cousin but I just started it. My exercise it this does it count? 10 pool laps hard and fast 20 weights I alternate this till I hit 100 laps and 200 weights...should hat be making a difference?

I have been almost 3 months just water with a slice if fruit sometimes. Cut out flour and suga (Doors orders) Swimming and doing weights in the pool..lost 34.something pounds...needing some.motivation this week. Feeling so much better

Truly amazing!!! How far into your loss did you start to see changes with numbers? Anyone have any suggestion on getting random insulin down? A1c is normal now. Cut out sugar flour etc. Starchy vegetables. In May dropped 34 pounds. Random insulin still 288 no change.

Should you be really sore the day after a workout? Does that mean you did good or too much? With hiking hills id be a bit sore but nothing to stop me the next day but today I'm super stiff and feel like I got run over. If that's how it should be I will push through...

I used the board to day and alternated 10 kick board lengths with 20 reps of arm weights (pool version) till I hit 80 lengths and it was a much better workout then the regular laps I was doing... thanks for the ideas!!!

I bought a swim cap, goggles and pool weights today cause I've been in the pool so much doing laps chlorine is killing me. I'm so excited to go try them out!!

I noticed a huge difference in my moods too. For me it was a combo of exercising and not eating sugar/ wheat....it feels great to feel good.
