I love my garmin too vivoactive hr. it syncs my info to mfp. intensity exercise amd steps as well as calorie burn. it plays well with mfp. I don't know what strava is so can't help there

I noticed a big difference in my mental health too. it feels great to feel good! eating better helped enough that I could see clearly and was able to find ways to deal with stressors. I'm glad you have been so successful!!

I fit into a size large jogging pant last night...yes they are are strenchy but I haven't wore a large without a couple of xx in front for over 13 years!! I pranced around in those jogging pants even if they were old and had seen better days!!

went to work meeting today and they had tons of dessert with lunch and two breaks with pastries etc...all looked good.. I ate none of it!! I felt good not eating it. I had my lunch and choose what I could eat like chciken breast and salad...good day!
