Not me. We've both been in past relationships that went south because of a lack of communication. We share our thoughts and feelings with each other so we don't end up being angry and separating over something that could have been fixed if we had just talked about it.

No, I'm jogging (best I can) around my neighborhood. I stand at my desk instead of sitting anymore, while at work. Basic calisthenics when I get home. Go throw the ball around with my son and daughter in the evenings and basically try to stay active as much as possible until I go to bed.

I scan the barcodes with the app. I read labels to make sure that there are no trans fats, or cholesterol. I eat the exact amount of the serving size and no more (sometimes less). Yes, I do not eat more than 1200 a day, although my diary wants me to eat 1500.

1500 calories per day, but I usually come in about 1200 +/- by the end of the day.

I have to get my cholesterol count down before my doctor visit on the 20th. This is my major reason for wanting to reach my fiber requirement, but it is difficult to do.

It's not my last five but my second to last five. I'm within the ten pound marker and have just stalled completely. I ddon't mind saying that it is quite bothersome.

Made it through with no bbq lol. I just looked after the kids and let my wife enjoy her time. I politely declined offers for food and drinks and simply kept my attention on the kids.
