the stomach is the hardest place to loose weight as you get older, as it gets way less use than your arms and legs etc. as they are used repetitively. Try using a good BCAA when working out, as this stops muscle been burnt rather than fat. It's easier for your body to burn muscle for energy than fat. I used CLA to help…

A spin class could burn that many, depending on length. I do bouldering and can burn 600+ an hour if intense. You can also log on to Garmin Connect on the internet on your PC and customise your step and stride length, instead of the average that it is set up with :)

Use a Garmin Vivosmart HR+, got the other day as a pressie, great bit of kit, and good on the reviews. Used a couple of other makes before, but prefer this one by a mile

46 and loving it, mental age according to family 12 lol. Go bouldering 2 to 3 times a week, work out daily and try and walk a couple of miles a day. Love cooking so cook everything from scratch, except desserts lol. keeping fit is good for the mind and body :p
