I just turned 36. I have a desk job and a 4.5 year old. Having a child really screwed up my body and I have had weight issues ever since. Hoping to find some other people to relate to to help me stay on track. Hoping to lose 45 pounds which seems really daunting to me. I keep struggling to find the right incentive.

Hello! This is my first time trying. This is a great idea. I will start tonight. My biggest struggle with diets is that I just can't seem to find the proper incentive sometimes. Hopefully some accountability will help.

Had a super frustrating weekend. I still ate much better than before the break, but definitely didn't reach all of my goals. Sigh. But I still feel strong and I went to the gym today and I am almost done my water for today. I'm not letting it get me down and trying to look at the positive. At least I didn't fall too far…

I hit my water goal already today, and I was at the gym for 1 hour. 20,000 is not attainable at all, particularly since I can't go outside here as it is freezing. But I will aim for 7,500 a day or a 30 minute work out. Even that is a challenge with how much I have to sit for work. But good to have a goal :)

I have now hit my 65 ounce water goal each day since Sunday. I also went to the gym today!!! I can't believe it. Now to just make 7,500 steps and I have hit today's goal.

I did it! 65oz of water. It feels good to succeed. Even if it is small. Tomorrow I want to accomplish my water again and then make my food plan for the week.
