The total carbs includes fiber and sugar. If you want to know net carbs you would subtract fiber. Hope that helps!

Thanks! That's awesome :) I've found that I never feel deprived or excessively hungry, which makes the calorie deficit a lot easier to stick to. Best of luck to you too!
