Ok starting back to the plank challenge. I've gone back to 30 sec and I'm going to increase it by 10 secs each day. Hopefully I will get better results! @b3achy I would be interested in what you are planning! Let me know.

Ok so I don't feel so bad for not completing it because of my back. I will get back to the challenge and try again. You have inspired me just because it took you three months to complete! Awesome job! Thank you for not giving up.

Somehow during the night I threw out my upper back and neck so planking was more of a challenge I only did 2 sets of 30 and I think I'm going to pay for it.

Not much...just long enough to break, stretch, and get rid of the shakes. 10-15 seconds maybe? Haven't really timed it per se. Might be as long as 30 seconds or so. Sorry it's not a better answer. :/[/quote] Your answer is perfect, gives me a good basis to go off of! Thanks again

Ok day 11 - 30 sec full 30 sec modified. I've got to be honest I know I won't be able to step up to 90 secs. Just doing what I did today I could feel my lower back bothering me. Unless someone has some input, I may just stick to the 60 until my core is a little stronger

I think the challenges of MFP on the mobile devices are just the 'sponsored' ones (which you can't even see on the browser version of MFP). Why are these challenges not posted in the challenge part of my fitness pal? I've been trying to do a plank challenge since the beginning of July. Being sick for a week I've lost where I am but I did do a 45 sec plank today.

I've been checking the challenges for most of this month and there is nothing showing there. I've been wanting to join some challenges, but can't because there is nothing. Is there some sort of secret?
