Yes I have some insoles but they are not the best. I bought them at Walmart. I need to find a routine of exercises that can help the heel and achieve my exercise goals. I do my exercises at home and have very little for exercise equipment. Really all I have is an old stationary bike.

I usually weigh in once a week, just so that I don't get obsessed with the scale. I do have a feeling that most are in the same boat. I have not got to my goal weight, but feel good about how my body looks and feels. What I would like to know is when would you know that you are gaining muscle weight rather than fat weight?

Day 19 - switching up rest days, because today is hard for me to do any exercise due to working two jobs.

Day 18 120 crunches and 132 squats.

Day 17✔️ I tried that sworkit app and got lost in my counts I know I'm over on both crunches and squats! Had a good cardio today but found that I couldn't do chase the rabbit, it hurt my knee.

I'm behind a day so I didn't take a rest day today, so day 15 & 16 ✔️ crunches 125, squats 80

You're a weak planker? Did you read mine I can safely do 30 sec blocks! We will all get stronger and our abs will hate us!

Day 4 ✔️ Sundays are usually the day that I do abs and arms, so today I again incorporated this challenge into it. I did do more abs, in total I did 120, but stuck to the 50 squats.
