Per the OP, it was doing the planks in one set for the entire time listed. As best as I can tell, @RMac0001 is the only one to do that for the entire 30 days for this challenge. When I did it, after I got to 120 seconds, I had to start to break them up in to multiple sets because I couldn't hold one for longer than 120 seconds without collapsing, and I wanted to push through to the end of the challenge.
BTW, this challenge doesn't have many that are active at this point. But you are more than welcome to revive it. It is a good challenge.
