Hi. You need lean protein, good complex carbohydrates, and veggies. Eliminate unnecessary refined processed breads, and fatty foods. Chicken, fish, brown rice, oatmeal, eggs, and veggies. The weight will melt off quickly if you eat this diet... It's ok to have a treat, but moderation and not very often.

Referring/cheat meal. It works. If you think about it, your goal in losing weight is to shock your body, make it work harder, and burn more calories than you take in. Hi! I'm Chris. I work on the ambulance. Trying to lose some weight (fat) and build muscle. Love this ap. Anybody else work in the medical field? :) What has worked for you to lose fat? I've been eating as cleanly as I can and working out as often as I can.
