Is this group still active? I haven't had meat in over a year. I'm currently on a medically supervised, VLCD but now that I have most of the weight off, I'm transitioning to food. I want to mostly be WFPB but don't know if I can commit to 100%.

I'm slowly transitioning from my meal replacements to real food. I'm doing this in a medically supervised program that provides lifetime support. They expect that you are monitoring your calories and macros and at this point this seems a little overwhelming to consider. I know lots of people drastically reduce the…

I just made a Mexican falafel for dinner - I think that qualifies as weird. It was yummy -http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/falafel-with-avocado-spread

When you find the secret please share! I keep setting my alarm for 5:30 to get up and exercise to turn right around and reset it in the morning so I can go back to sleep. I'm not a morning person but that is really the only time that I have and exercising in the late evening isn't good for my insomnia.

Try adding 1 T of sugar free flavored syrup (I like Vanilla Torani) and some berries for a healthy dessert option. Or, I made an avocado aioli (Biggest Loser recipe) that was very tasty that included plain greek yogurt. I put it on a turkey burger but you could put it on a wrap or sandwich.

I am starting over again - it is easy to get caught up in disappointment but that isn't productive. Just accept where you are and move forward. Remind yourself that you did it once and you can do it again - at least that is what I keep telling myself.

I'm only on day 2 but need some friends to stay motivated and hold my feet to the fire! Not sure how to send friend requests either - gosh that makes me feel old.

I hear ya! I lost 45 pounds and somehow I gained back 30 - it just came back so gradually it was easy to ignore. So I have got myself in the right frame of mind to get back on track and it sounds like you are there also. I think the key for me last time was documenting EVERYTHING I ate. So - going all in with MFP and I've…

Hi everyone - I'm new to this group and new to MFP. I'm 44 and a mother of 2 beautiful daughters. I'm married to my soul mate who loves to eat but doesn't seem to ever gain weight - sigh. I lost weight before using WW but not finding the new plan easy to use so going to try just reducing calories to 1200. Today is day one…
