Thats what I was thinking too. I'm having the same issue as MorganWhite1 when I work out. I can be 173 pounds the morning of, and a day or two later I am at 175/176 sitting. Currently trying to get to my original weightloss of 165 and get back into my size 32 pants/shorts. I'm currently fluctuating between 173-176. I started again at 200+ pounds in January 2016(Originally was 300+)
