I am cristopher! 39lbs lost and counting!

Nice cut, it seems you don't have your abs yet and there is still a bit of lower back fat, are you cutting until your abs are visible in any light? And I also have been cutting for 5 months now, and I do feel rather small. I went from 201.5 lbs to 162.2lbs( I want to lose another 10lbs) I think the reason we feel small is…

Calories in vs calories out!! With that being said, you need to do these things: -Buy a food scale, to accurately log your food and calories -You must find your caloric maintenance and cut for example 500 calories, to lose 1lb of fat a week(just follow the calories that mfp tells you, and evaluate from there). -Patience…

I know the secret. Eat at a deficit and develop decent ab muscles

After one month and 10lbs difference between pics

A healthy diet still has calories. I suggest you count them with a good scale
-
It depends on your genetics, age, and obviously how bad the damage is. So there is no way to tell, drop at a reasonable weight and give it time. Also don't confuse leftover fat with loose skin, skin, skin is as thick as the back of your hand

From Tijuana? I was born in Colima, Mexico. And I am on those last 10-13 lbs too! These are the slowest but the ones that bring about the greates change physically
-
Lower calories to 2000
-
Meal frequency does not alter weight loss, I eat at 11pm and have lost just over 30 lbs
-
It makes a lot of difference, specially when you weigh the food in grams and when you are at a healthy BMI already
-
Who said carbs are bad? It's just food, it fuels the body

• walk at least an hour a day • go to the gym at least 3 times a week, up to you • track calories And you are set, track your weight in case you need to change your calories, also there will be times where you don't follow your diet but don't stress about it
-
Weightlifting preserves muscle mass when you are cutting
-
I don't think they would care, you would just be a regular. I only go 3-4 times a week tho
-
I was self conscious too. But everyone is too busy doing their sets that they won't even care what you do
-
I believe it's easier as a beginner. Eat at a deficit, strength train using progressive overload and take in at least .8g of protein per lbs of body weight
-
Here, I live in Vancouver, you?
-
You can, but the muscle gain will be small. Remember after you eat your body is in a surplus, and it may use those calories to create more lean body mass
-
Raincouver over here
-
After going above maintenance, I usually have more energy than normal and I hit the gym extra hard
-
Beautifully said, I learned something today
-
There is no limit to how many calories the body can absorb at one time. Remember we have long intestines that absorb all the nutrients. But it does take days for it to be converted to fat
-
Just weigh yourself when possible, sometimes your weight might stall for a week, but then it will go down once more
-
That my stomach is almost perfectly aligned with my chest
-
I'm from Colima, colima living in Vancouver Canada!
-
Strength training all the way, when you are in a deficit the body may use up your lean muscle instead of fat, unless you stimulate your muscles and get enough protein
-
No one is perfect, last Sunday I went to an Italian festival, and I had to have 4 slices of pizza, a chocolate crepè, gilato and some cake. But I just brushed it off(only gained 0.8 lbs some of it water weight)

1. Accept yourself as you are 2. Consistency 3. Patience

Normal, I'm pretty sure most of us got fat because of our eating habits, and not our metabolism
