If by "Cheat" you mean go over your calories, then yeah of course it is - we're only human.
Any time you go over calories you either:
a) Stay under maintenance, just lose a little bit less weight than you would of
b) Reach maintenance (aka, no weight lost but no weight gained besides perhaps some water weight)
c) Go over maintenance and gain weight in proportion to what you ate.0 -
No, cheating is cheating. You should just give up now.
or
Cut yourself some slack and stop feeling guilty. The excessive guilt will cause you much more trouble than an occasional overindulgence.0 -
No one is perfect, last Sunday I went to an Italian festival, and I had to have 4 slices of pizza, a chocolate crepè, gilato and some cake. But I just brushed it off(only gained 0.8 lbs some of it water weight)0

The fact you're using the words "cheat" and "guilty" should answer your own question. Whether anyone else thinks it's wrong is irrelevant, when no one knows about it except you, so you're the only one you've cheated. You have to decide for yourself if it's worth it and work it into your diet. Some people find cheat days/meals work, some say they don't, so it's all up to the individual.1
