  • Congratulations! I actually just had my baby almost 2 months ago. I didn't do a lot when I was pregnant, I wish I had. Definitely keep up what you've already been doing or you'll just get lazy like I did. It's always harder to get back in the habit after baby comes. My son is a great motivation though to get back in shape!
  • I write my stuff down too & I even just write little notes of encouragement and how my progress is doing/making me feel..etc. It helps me to have something to look at and go back & see how things are changing.
  • I just don't care for "breakfast foods". I am hungry but I get busy in the mornings, getting ready for work and getting my son ready. But I think I just over think it. I always read how breakfast is the most important, but you're right. I can just grab whatever to hold me over till lunch.
